Lynda'S Cheese Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Longhorn Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 lb. Pepper Jack cheese, grated
    6 eggs
    1 can evaporated milk
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix the two cheeses together.
    Place in a 9 x 13 pan.
    Whisk the eggs and milk until well blended.
    Pour over cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cut into bite-sized squares after cooling slightly.
