Country Spice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. plain yogurt
    3/4 c. butter (1 1/2 sticks)
    1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/8 tsp. ground ginger
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and lightly flour a 12-cup ring mold or 10-inch tube pan.
    Measure flour and remaining ingredients into large mixing bowl.
    With mixer at low speed, beat ingredients just until mixed, frequently scraping bowl with spatula.
    Increase speed to high; beat 2 minutes, occasionally scraping bowl.
    Turn batter into prepared pan.
    Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
    Cool 10 minutes on wire rack.
    Remove from pan; cool.
    Makes 16 servings.
