Hummus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sesame tahini
    water
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into food processor or blender.
    Blend or process well, until a paste is formed; if mixture is too thick, add water until desired consistency is achieved.
