Surprise Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. sweet potatoes
    2 eggs
    large marshmallows
    finely crushed corn flakes
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1 c. light cream
    1 tsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook sweet potatoes in boiling water until done.
    Peel and mash fine.
    Add eggs; mix well.
    Form into balls around marshmallows.
    Roll in corn flakes.
