Roasted Onions And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges
    2 onions, cut into chunks
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, melted
    1 envelope onion soup mix (half 2.4 oz. pkg.)
    1 tsp. dried thyme, crumbled
    1 tsp. dried oregano, crumbled
    1 tsp. dried marjoram, crumbled
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients in large roasting pan.
    Toss well.
    Bake until potatoes are crisp and golden brown, stirring occasionally, about 1 hour and 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
