Low-Fat Yogurt Dill Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. plain low-fat yogurt
    1 bunch fresh dill (tender ends chopped)
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1 large cucumber, peeled, shredded and squeezed, removing juice
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in a bowl at least 3 hours before using. Store in refrigerator during this time to keep firm.
