Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. oil
    2 c. diced pork, beef or chicken
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 onion, chopped
    cooked rice
    1 well beaten egg
    2 green onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Fry pork, beef or chicken in oil until brown. Add green pepper and onion. Stir and fry 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add cooked rice and continue cooking 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add egg, green onions and soy sauce.
    Stir into rice and cook until done, 3 to 4 minutes.
