Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium sweet potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    2 tsp. water
    1/2 c. dark corn syrup
    1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Peel
    potatoes and boil 20 minutes.
    They should not be too soft.
    Half in lengthwise; place in baking dish.
    In a pan boil together
    the butter, water, corn syrup and brown sugar. Pour syrup
    mixture
    over
    potatoes and baste often.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour until glazed.
