Ranch Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. pineapple juice
    2 pkg. Ranch milk salad dressing mix
    4 chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Whisk juice and dressing mix together.
    Marinate chicken in half the juice mixture for 2 to 24 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Combine cornstarch, water and remaining juice mixture in pan.
    Heat to thicken.
    Brush chicken with sauce.
    Serves 4.
