Golden Glow Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 c. (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
3/4 c. finely shredded carrots
Preparation

In bowl dissolve Jell-O and water.
Stir in lemon juice and salt and add enough cold water to pineapple juice to make 1 cup, then add to mixture.
Chill slightly until set.
Stir in pineapple and carrots.
Pour into 4 cup mold (oiled).
Cover and chill until firm.
Unmold to serve.
