Ingredients

6 lb. brisket
4 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Salt and pepper
Celery salt
Paprika
Nutmeg
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Brown sugar
Meat tenderizer
Barbecue sauce of choice. (I use Bullseye Original)
Preparation

Trim most of the fat from the meat.
Sprinkle meat generously with tenderizer, liquid smoke, salt and pepper.
