Carol'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Beat eggs well and mix in oil and sugar.
    Mix together flour, soda, cinnamon and salt and add to egg mixture.
    Add carrots and mix well.
    Pour into three 9 x 1-inch greased cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until tests done.
    Cool and frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
