Italian Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Italian sausage (you can use turkey, kielbasa and turkey sausage)
2 cans Hunt's Special tomato sauce
1 box shell noodles, cooked
1 small can mushrooms
1 small onion, chopped
Mozzarella cheese
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Slice sausage and brown in skillet.
Add tomato sauce, mushrooms, onion and spices.
Add 2 cups of water. Simmer until done.
