Crustless Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. backfin crabmeat
1/2 lb. mushrooms, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. butter
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. small curd cottage cheese
4 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. finely chopped green onions
1/4 tsp. salt
6 drops Tabasco sauce
2 c. grated Gruyere or Swiss cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Saute mushrooms in butter.
Drain on paper towels.
In food processor or blender, process next seven ingredients.
Pour mixture into large bowl and stir in mushrooms, cheese and crabmeat.
Fold into a 10-inch quiche dish and bake 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
