Apple Raisin Oven Pancake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. butter
3 c. tart apples, sliced thin
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix eggs, 1 teaspoon sugar and Bisquick; mix well.
In a 10-inch ovenproof skillet or casserole, saute apples and raisins in butter until tender.
Remove from heat.
Pour batter over apples and raisins.
Combine remaining sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over batter.
Bake 12 to 14 minutes at 450\u00b0 or until set in center. Serve with syrup.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
