Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. meat tenderizer
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. Wesson oil
Preparation
    Cut chicken breasts into small nugget sized pieces (deboning it).
    Mix buttermilk and meat tenderizer together in a bowl.
    Put flour in a separate bowl.
    Wash chicken thoroughly.
    Dip chicken in buttermilk mixture and then roll in flour (add salt and pepper to flour if desired).
    Pour Wesson oil in frying pan and heat. Place floured chicken pieces in hot oil and fry until golden brown (turning as necessary).
    Drain on paper towel and serve while hot. Serves approximately 6.
