Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. persimmon pulp
    3 eggs
    4 c. plain flour
    3 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 stick margarine or butter
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine in pan in oven. Sift together dry ingredients.
    Add eggs and pulp.
    Mix well.
    Pour in melted butter or margarine and mix well.
    Pour into 1 very large pan or 4 small ones.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or longer.
    Cool in pan. Cut in small squares or rectangles.
