Ingredients

2 c. grated raw potatoes
1/4 c. milk
1 egg, beaten slightly
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Stir grated potatoes immediately into milk. Add other ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls into greased frying pan and cook slowly until browned and crisp on both sides.
