Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round steak, cut up in serving pieces with fat cut off
    flour
    onions
    4 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Hammer steak to tenderize.
    Flour each side and brown with onions.
    Add water and bouillon cubes.
    Cook 2 hours.
    Make gravy from pan drippings.
