Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sliced peaches
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Melt butter in a 2-quart casserole dish. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, sugar and milk. Beat with wire whisk. Carefully pour mixture in center of melted butter. DO NOT STIR. Pour peaches (with juice) in center of batter mix. DO NOT STIR. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until top is golden brown.
