Creamy Pear Freeze - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 avocado, diced (sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. lemon juice)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (15 oz.) can pears, drained and diced
1/3 c. chopped maraschino cherries
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Blend cream
cheese, lemon juice, sugar, mayonnaise and salt. Add pears,
avocado
and
cherries.
Fold\tin
whipped cream. Pour into
refrigerator tray.
Freeze about 6 hours or until firm. Let
stand
at
room
temperature before serving. Makes refreshing summer
salad (or dessert) with sandwiches or crackers.
