Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large green peppers
    3 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. white vinegar
    3 oz. liquid pectin
Preparation
    Place seeded
    peppers and vinegar in food processor and finely chop.
    Add this to sugar in heavy 5-quart pan; bring to boil for 3 minutes.
    Remove
    from
    heat.
    Let
    stand\tfor
    20 minutes to clear.
    Skim
    and
    remove
    heavy
    pulp.
    Return
    to heat; boil 2 more
    minutes.
    Remove from heat, add pectin and mix
    well.
    Pour into sterilized jars and refrigerate.
    Makes 3 1/2 cups jelly.
