Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cranberries (1 lb.)
1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. orange juice
1 c. chopped apple
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Sprinkle gelatine over orange juice and warm over low heat until dissolved.
I use blender to chop cranberries.
Add sugar and let set 15 minutes.
Add apples, celery and pecans to cranberry mix; add gelatin mix, stir and pour into mold.
(Better to fix a day ahead of time.)
