French Bread Garlic Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. loaf French bread
    1/2 c. butter
    6 crushed garlic cloves
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    2 c. cubed Monterey Jack cheese
    1/4 c. grated fresh Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    2 (7 oz.) cans drained artichoke hearts
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 (6 oz.) can drained, pitted, ripe olives
    tomato slices and parsley sprigs (for garnish)
Preparation
    Cut bread in halves lengthwise.
    Place halves on aluminum foil-covered baking sheet.
    Tear out inner portion of bread in large chunks, leaving crusts intact.
