Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. roast
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 small onions
    10 small potatoes
    10 baby carrots
Preparation
    Flour, salt, pepper and garlic salt the roast.
    Place a small amount of Crisco in the electric frying pan, and brown the roast. Put in cream of mushroom soup, onions, potatoes and carrots.
    Also put in about 2 1/2 cups of water.
    Cover and cook at 225\u00b0 for about 2 to 3 hours.
