Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1 stick oleo or butter
    1 1/2 c. dry rice (plain or wild)
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Place chicken, salt and pepper.
    Then add rice.
    Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken. Mix cream soups and water together, then add soups, pouring evenly over top.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove cover and top with cheese.
    Serves 6.
