Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, cooked
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 jar artichoke hearts
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Saute 1 medium onion, chopped.
    Add and saute water chestnuts.
    Add spinach, cheese, sour cream and artichoke hearts.
    Pour into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Bake for 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese the last 5 minutes of baking.
