Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

32 oz. pkg. hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 Tbsp. oleo
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
-
Put potatoes in 9 x 15-inch dish.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes.
Crushed potato chips or cracker crumbs can be placed on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
