Ingredients

1 (No. 2 1/2) can sliced peaches
6 slices dry bread
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. scalded milk
4 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Drain peaches.
Cut bread into cubes and fry in butter or margarine until lightly browned.
Add milk; let stand 30 minutes.
