Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Cook broccoli until just about done.
    Place in buttered casserole.
    Mix soup, lemon juice, cheese and mayonnaise.
    Spread on broccoli.
    Sprinkle with crackers.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
