Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cocoa
2 1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation

Mix cocoa, sugar, flour and salt in double boiler.
Add milk. Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Continue cooking for 10 minutes, stirring.
Add egg yolks gradually, stirring vigorously. Cook for 2 minutes longer.
Add butter and vanilla; cool.
Pour into 9-inch pie shell.
Add meringue and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
