Summer Veggie Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. distilled white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1/8 tsp. red pepper sauce
    6 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    6 c. thinly sliced green cabbage
    2 c. thinly sliced red cabbage
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 bunch watercress, trimmed (2 c.)
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
Preparation
    Whisk vinegar with soy sauce, pepper and red pepper sauce in large bowl; gradually whisk in oil.
    (Can be made ahead.
    Cover and refrigerate dressing and vegetables separately up to 8 hours.)
    Add remaining ingredients and toss well.
