Beef Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 c. brown rice (uncooked)
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 beef bouillon cube
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add rice, cinnamon and bouillon cube. Add water.
    Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
    If desired, use chicken bouillon instead of beef and do not use cinnamon.
