Applesauce Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 3/4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. applesauce
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Mix well - bake in greased muffin pans, 2/3 full at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Makes 18 muffins.
