Corn Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 chopped hot or bell pepper
    1/2 stick butter
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1 small jar pimentos
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in butter.
    Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and place in a lightly buttered casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    About 10 minutes before it is done, add 8 ounces grated Cheddar cheese and bake until cheese melts.
