Two Kinds Of Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. yellow squash, cut up
    1 lb. zucchini squash, cut up
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 lb. pkg. Velveeta cheese slices
    3 eggs
    1/2 milk (optional)
    Parmesan cheese
    bread crumbs
    1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash until done, then drain.
    Mix together cooked squash, onion, eggs, milk and Good Seasons Italian dressing mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    In bottom of casserole dish, line with Velveeta cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Spread squash mixture on top of cheeses.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and broil until brown.
