Venison Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground venison
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    4 oz. butter
    2 lb. medium onions, chopped
    1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    4 oz. steak sauce
    2 oz. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
    1 (10 oz.) can beef consomme
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 (12 oz.) jar picante sauce
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    1 Tbsp. ground pepper
    1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper sauce
    2 Tbsp. Cajun spice
    2 Tbsp. chili sauce
    1 (19 oz.) can kidney beans
Preparation
    Place first 9 ingredients in large skillet and cook until meat is brown and tender.
    Remove from skillet and place in 2-gallon pot.
    Add next 10 ingredients and cook for 45 minutes at low heat, stirring every 10 minutes.
    Add kidney beans and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
    Serves 6.
    Preparation Time: 2 hours and 30 minutes.
