Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well. Melt butter; saute onions until clear.
    Add flour and salt to taste.
    Stir well and cook for 1 minute on medium.
    Stir in milk, slowly.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and stir in cheese.
    Continue stirring until cheese melts.
    Add cheese mixture to broccoli.
    Stir in beaten eggs.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
