Lumpia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 lb. shrimp, chopped finely
    1/2 lb. onions, chopped finely
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    bok choy, chopped finely
    bean sprouts, chopped finely
    celery, chopped finely
    carrots, chopped finely
    won ton wrappers (found in produce department)
Preparation
    Brown pork and drain. Mix all ingredients, except wrappers. Take a heaping tablespoon and roll in won ton wrapper according to package directions. Deep-fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
