Zerilli Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. mild Bob Evans sausage
2/3 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. ketchup
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
4 1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
3/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Combine sausage, bread crumbs and eggs.
Mix well with moist hands.
Roll meatballs very tiny (bite size).
Brown meatballs. Combine ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar.
This is the sauce. Add meatballs and sauce in a crock-pot and heat.
