Cherry Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    1 can cherry pie filling
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 box French vanilla cake mix
    1 small can chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Melt 1 stick butter in square cake pan.
    Mix the cake mix, pineapple and pie filling.
    Melt 1 stick of butter; pour on top. Sprinkle walnuts on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve hot with ice cream, if desired.
