Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
12 oz. cream cheese
onion powder
cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. Blue cheese
chopped pecans
Preparation
-
Shred sharp Cheddar cheese.
Knead in softened cream cheese and Blue cheese.
Add onion powder and cayenne pepper to taste. Form into ball or log.
Roll in chopped pecans.
Chill and serve.
