Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2.5 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 bag chili spices
    1 (1 lb.) can whole tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    4 cans kidney beans
    1 can beer, debubbled
    Tabasco to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck, onion, green pepper and garlic.
    Drain. Drain tomatoes.
    Combine all ingredients and simmer, covered, for two hours.
