Marie'S Microwave Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef (chuck is preferred)
    2 c. soft bread crumbs (1 c. is enough using plain or Italian)
    1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 egg or substitute 1/4 Egg Beaters
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix and pour on top of meat loaf.
    Microwave 25 to 35 minutes on Medium-high (roast).
    Pour off liquids and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
