Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt in bowl.
    Beat well and add chocolate chips.
    Set this aside.
    Beat the rest of the ingredients until mixed well; fill cupcake liners full with this mixture.
    Top each with a heaping teaspoonful of cream cheese mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 18 cupcakes.
