Pizza Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
3 1/2 c. hot water
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
11 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve in a small bowl the yeast and 1/2 cup warm water. In a large bowl, mix 3 1/2 cups hot water, sugar, salt and oil. Add yeast mixture to large bowl.
Stir.
Add in 4 cups flour (use high gluten bread flour, such as \"Better for Bread\").
Mix by spoon until smooth.
Add in by stirring and then by kneading: 7 cups flour or more.
As you knead you may add more flour until you have a ball of dough that is smooth and not sticky.
Kneading makes the difference with pizza dough!
