Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

potatoes
1 stick butter
1 large cream cheese
1 carton sour cream
2 Tbsp. minced green onions
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Fix regular or instant mashed potatoes.
Add the above ingredients and place in large Pyrex dish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and/or paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot, about 20 minutes. Simple, but it gives pizzazz to a favorite dish.
