Baked Ziti With Ricotta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Ricotta
    1 lb. Mozzarella
    2 qt. spaghetti sauce
    2 lb. macaroni (ziti)
    2 c. grated cheese (Romano)
    lasagna pan or oblong low cake pan
Preparation
    Cook macaroni
    until
    almost
    done.
    Strain and place in large bowl with
    enough
    sauce
    to
    keep from sticking.
    In the pan, alternate a
    layer
    of macaroni and sauce and spoonfuls of Ricotta, Mozzarella and
    grated
    cheese until you have 3 layers and top with
    sauce
    and
    sliced
    thin Mozzarella.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0, covered in aluminum foil.
