Escalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 beaten eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. softened oleo
    1 c. milk
    1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks
    4 c. bread cubes
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar and oleo and blend at low speed.
    Add milk and blend.
    Add pineapple chunks and bread cubes.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 in an ungreased casserole dish for 35 to 40 minutes.
