Raspberry Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pt. raspberries
    3+ Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 pt. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mash berries in strainer with bowl underneath.
    Pour juice in saucepan; bring to a boil.
    Add cornstarch to water; mix well and then stir into boiling berry juice.
    Add 1/2 cup sugar and mashed berries.
    Thicken and set aside to cool.
    Cream together cream cheese and 1 cup sugar.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Pour into pan lined with Graham Cracker Crust.
    Add cooled berry sauce to top. Refrigerate 1 hour.
